What we do with your details.

Only what you type into an enquiry form on this site:

This site has no account, no login and no payment of any kind. Please do not send identity documents, title deeds, bank details or payment information through the form — bring those to the office or send them by email once we are in contact.

To answer your enquiry, and to carry out the mandate if you go on to instruct us. When you submit the form we rely on your consent; once you engage us we rely on the performance of our agreement with you, and on our legal obligations as a licensed broker.

We send you listings or market updates only if you tick the box on the form, or ask us for them on WhatsApp. That box is never ticked for you, and leaving it empty changes nothing about how we answer your enquiry. Reply STOP on WhatsApp, or tell us any other way, and we stop the same working day.

The WhatsApp buttons on this site open a chat with our business number. WhatsApp is operated by Meta, which carries and stores the messages under its own terms. We use the chat only to deal with what you raised in it.

We never add you to a WhatsApp broadcast or group unless you have asked for listings. Every broadcast we send lets you reply STOP to leave it. Please do not send identity documents or title deeds over WhatsApp until we have agreed with you how to receive them.

This site sets one cookie, named lang. It stores either ar or en, it remembers which language you chose, and it lasts twelve months. Nothing else is stored on your device.

There is no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind on this website.

Your enquiry is read by this office. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with other brokers or with marketing companies, and we do not pass it to anyone else except where the law requires it. This website is hosted by Hostinger, which stores the data on our behalf and may not use it for its own purposes. A copy of each enquiry is delivered to our business mailbox, which is provided by Google Workspace on the same terms. WhatsApp conversations are carried by Meta.

Your enquiry is stored on Hostinger's servers in India. Google Workspace and WhatsApp may also store or process it on servers outside the United Arab Emirates. For each of these transfers we rely on their contractual data protection commitments to us, and on your agreement when you send an enquiry, as the Personal Data Protection Law allows. We do not send your data abroad for any other reason.

We keep an enquiry for twenty-four months after our last contact with you, and then delete it. If you asked for listings, we keep your number on that list until you ask us to stop.

If you become a client, we keep the identity and transaction records that the UAE anti-money-laundering law requires of real estate brokers for at least five years after the transaction. Those records cannot be deleted on request before that period ends; everything else can.
